thermogenics and prohormones
For a woman, the over-the-counter supplements will work better than for a man....
For a thermogenic stack, I recommend using Xenadrine and Yohimbe fuel.... Yohimbe fuel will actually help release more fat deposits in the legs for women. It binds with certain receptors (that women have more of in their lower body) to release fat deposits.
The thermogenics will definately raise your temp (slightly), increase your heart rate (and metabolism), and will also get you going for the day.... If you are sensitive to ephedra-containing products, then I don't recommend this for you, but they will help and work.
Start with one xenadrine and one (twinlab's) yohimbe fuel first thing in the morning on an empty stomach... if that makes you too anxious and jittery, then maybe try one hydroxycut instead of the xenadrine... Work your way up to two...
The cool thing about yohimbe, is that it never loses its first time effect like the thermogenics... it can also be used in place of the thermogenics if you are trying to stay away from caffeine.
Another supplement that works AWESOME for a woman, is 19-nor. this is a precursor to deca in the body... It will help you make gains, and also keep you tight... many fitness girls use this supplement.
I use anabolics, but also stack with these supplements... they help tremendously.
