Sneezing fits + sore abs = OW!!!!!!

So I slaughtered my abs this morning right after cardio...

(made getting up off the bench after doing chest "interesting")

This evening, my allergies decide to act up, and I'm having sneezing fits left & right, feels like my belly's gonna split open!!

This SUCKS!!!

I hear ya!

Broke two ribs playing rugby last year. Had to stay straight faced for a month. Coughing or sneezing would instantly have me on the floor in agony.
