I read in Muscle & Fitness that if you sip gatorade or similar during your cardio (don't know how that would be an option for runners), it will kill the after-cardio hunger pangs. Hold on...I'm looking for the article....

Ingesting a carbohydrate drink during cardio sessions helps prevent overeating following exercise, reports the International Journal of Sports Nutrition.
