Snacking and night cardio

Its seems as though whenever I run later at night I get hungry. Before the workout im fine but after i shower, I get so damn hungry :chomp: . Does this happen to anyone else? I mean, I could do the obvious and excercise earlier but at night is usually when I have time.
 
I read in Muscle & Fitness that if you sip gatorade or similar during your cardio (don't know how that would be an option for runners), it will kill the after-cardio hunger pangs. Hold on...I'm looking for the article....

I could do A.M cardio really but probably not consistently. I will need to disipline myself for it though.
