Since I quit smoking, I mostly notice that I no longer wheeze when lying down at night. That used to be a big issue. My breathing is a lot better. I dont get sick nearly as often. I dont know if i smell/taste things better but I know I certainly smell and taste better myself! (ask lumberg).
