Smoking weed postworkout?

Does/ will smoking weed post workout (after I drink my Post Workout shake) help gains? I know it speeds up metabolism or something like that, but how does that effect muscle growth or body composition. My theory is after your drink protein shake post workout, if you smoke a little it will speed up your metabolism and give your body those nutrients faster true? false? Anyone have experience with this?

I smoke at night before bed and normally workout a little before that time as well.
 
It doesn't speed up your motabolism it kills it... Your thinking bout how it gives you the munchies... It will have zero positive effects on muscle growth and will raise estrogen levels.... If your going to smoke mine as well do it pre work out and jus get in the zone
 
smoking marijuana is stupid. it has zero positive effects and plenty of negative.
 
Go for it, just in moderation.. Like with anything. Sometimes on cycle i couldnt imagine sleeping(esp. On tren) without a smoke. Lordamercyyy
 
I agree with vicisouness. Use it as a sleep aid if anything at all. It doesn't have any positive effects other than relaxation.
 
Are you smoking pot to improve results or because you want to get high?
 
I use it to help me sleep, just wondering if there could be any benefit to smoking, I know Arnold did. And no I don't need justification to smoke just curious if there are any positives to it in bodybuilding.
 
there is no positive period. it is verry bad for your health and body building as a whole.
 
Weeds bad for you period and ya it is stupid and with all that being said I admit I will take a toke maybe once or twice a year...
Good enough for my govenor good enough for me, I even park where ever I want lol
