I know this post has been done prolly a thousand times but its usually about the effects of smokin weed on testoseterone levels or what not. I am actually curious because the other day i actually smoked before i went to the gym and i had a sick workout. i felt more concentrated on the muscles i was tryin to work and i was hitting heavy weights even though i didnt think i was gonna be able to. Im just lookin for everyone's 2 cents here and wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing. Also are there any advantages/disadvantages to doing this.
