5''6 170 5% all the time. I am not freakishly huge but I look a lot bigger than I am due to low body fat! I am happy!

im 5'7 and a half and at the moment i weigh just a mere 160lbs. this is becuase i have been really ill. before i weighed 174lbs.
personally i dont think it looks good to be short and really wide becuase it makes u look stumpy. but each to their own i guess.

i wanna be 175-180lbs and 8% minimum. that would look very nice indeed.

Im 5'8 218 and on diet right now. went crazy with the bulking this winter. I did get my arms up to 19" though. I am just starting to see some abs again....thanks to yohimburn, cardio, nyc, and diet.-WULF

What the Hell? I'm 5'9, 200 lb's. i've been turned down for a lot of things in myt life, but, it's never been for being too tall. It feels kinda good to not be included.
