Ok, here is my dilemma. I'm 5' 11" at 193 lbs, 13% bf. Chest 47, Arms 16.5", Legs 24" Calves 16". People say that's good. I don't see it. Need some help here. I would like to jump up more, top out maybe at 200, but every goal I hit, it's not high enough. I thought 170, then 180, then 190, and now looks like I want 200. A little help, thanks bros.
