Started to get some cramps on my cycle. Taking 1 Slow K tab a day, it is 600mgs of Potassium.

Will this kill me?

I don't know the rda for potassium is off hand, but what does it say on the bottle? If you're not WAY above the rda I wouldn't worry.

The RDA is shit. Forget the rda. Potassium is a water-based vitamin(salt),
and whatever your body doesn't use will be pissed out in a few hours. It's
like saying you're gonna OD from taking a vitamin-c pill.

I didn't mean that he should take the rda as fucking gospel, but for instance the rda might be MORE than 600mgs, in which case personally I'd stop thinking about whether I was taking too much.
