I'm going for actrapid(fast acting as humalinR). Look at this plan and write what you think:
Workout 5 days per week, mon to fri
Start at 2iu first day, 4iu second day, 6 third day, 7iu 4:th day and on the friday 8iu.
Next week I will start with 10iu and hold that dose until friday.
This will be only for 2 weeks with an extra 2000cals per day from what I eat today.
I hit the gym at 15.00(3), I eat 80g carbs, 30g protein, no fat before my workout.
Postworkout: I have 30 minutes from the gym to I get home so I will not take any postworkout drink at the gym but instead wait until I'm home.
30-40minutes post workout - postworkout drink
day 1 + 2: I wil take 2iu(4iu day 2) then 15 minutes later I will drink my post workout drink(what will the difference be if I inject then drink instead of wait 15 minutes???) 50g dextrose + 10g creatine + 10g glutamine + 40g Whey Isolate
Day 3 + 4 + 5(6iu and 7iu day 2 and 8iu day 5)
80g dextrose, 40g Whey, 10g Creatine, 10g glutamine
Next week.
16.30(4.30): Hole week 10iu per day post workout, then 15minutes after the shot a drink of: 100g dextrose, 50g Whey Isolate, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine
17.30(5.30)The second meal each day when on insu: 1 hour after my shot I will eat 50g carbs from high GI like jasmine rice with fish or Whey and casein blend of 50g.
19.30(7.30)Third meal 2 hours after that: 100g carbs from oatmeal, rice, pasta. Protein from fish or chicken(low fat).
21-21.30(9-9.30)Forth meal 80g carbs, 40g protein, low fat
Before bedtime: 40g carbs from oatmeal, 50g protein
I will eat low fat during these weeks and bump carbs instead and eat more fat inthe morning until my kworkout(2 hours before I will minimize fatintake)
What do you say??? I would be iterested to see how you eat, and how long after you drop the weights you inject and then how long before you drink your drink
