Slin Question

How many weeks should you run slin. Also do you prefer to inject it everyday or only on your workout days. I just started today and know all the dosing and proper dietary precautions. Just wondering how long you can take it. Please answer only if u have experience with slin. Thanks for the help!
 
when i use it i use it 3x a week for 2 weeks or ED for 1 week then take 2 weeks off minimum

probably different than most here

i generally use slin to help recouperate from tough sessions or during really really tough training schedules where im trying to train multiple times during the day
 
Thanks for the info. I was going to shoot 4 days a week for 2 weeks. So i think that is what I will stick with. It is pretty close to what you do judo. Thanks for the info.

Only use it pwo and not on off days
 
when are you going to take it and how much do you plan on taking?
 
I plan on taking around 7 iu's as soon as I finish my workout. that is why i said four days a week bc i go four or five a week depending on my split. I am running 500 sust. a week and 400 eq. also. I am in my 10th week. I was going to hit this slin for the last few weeks of my cycle before I started pct.
 
I've used a total of 20 IU's ED divded between Humulin R daily and Humalog post work out. I control usage to a maximum of 8-12 weeks. Considering I workout in the evenings, I used the Humulin R in the morning and Humalog in the evenings post workout to enhance nutrient uptake throughout the day.

Personally, I didn't have anyone to help me with the dosage, therefore I started with 1 IU and continued to add 1 IU until I was able to asses my tolerance and balance my diet accordingly. I would recommend doing the same thing as every individuals tolerance will vary. 2 IU's would be a safe start.

I would recommend using the faster acting Humalog post workout. Otherwise, use Humulin R if you are looking for a longer sustained effect.

I have humalog bc i also work out in the evening and don't plan on waking up every so often to keep my levels up. I plan on doing 3 iu's off the rip then up it an iu every day is shoot until I hit 7. that will be my max bc over that it gets a little too risky in my opinion. That is a lot of carbs to munch down. Thanks for all the input all.

what if any differences did you notice as you bumped the dosages up?

for me going up past 5 ius is not really worth it

When I use slin, I use between 10-15iu post workout. I've used as much as 20iu post workout, but I found that once I got over 18iu my body started to shut down my own insulin production. Is 15iu better than 5?? Cant say for sure, but the goal is to get as much nutrients back into the muscle postworkout as possible. If I was just doing biceps, then 5iu may be sufficient. But for legs, I'd feel better doing 10-15.
 
do you gain fat while using slin?

how much carbs do u take with your 10-15iu?
