I wanted to follow Swole's Program along with the Slin post workout. Basically with his program I can have Carbs only after I workout, The rest of the time it is High Protein/ fat. Any Suggestions/comments?
problem with that is humulin R is active for 7 hrs plus.....humalog is like 2-3 hours....so you looking at at least 2 carb feedings even with humalog like terminator said. although you COULD get away with one big carb shot with humalog i suppose if you timed it correctly.
