slin question

i was trying to figure out if i should take in the morning as well as after training. instead of just supplementing it after workouts.
 
Using slin postworkouts only has been very good for me.

I've thought about taking it in the AM, too, but have decided that I'm going to only use r-ALA instead then.

I tend to incorporate more fats earlier on in the day and would hate for all that to be deposited via slin.
 
yes, i know what you mean. i am about to take growth for the first time and i am not sure how i want to do my insulin. because i know the growth will eat fat like crazy.
