Slin question+cycle

Hey Bro's its been a while since I have been on but it's great to see everything is still the same and happy new year to all.

Here is my question: I weigh 260-270 and have been taking slin for a few weeks now and I started off at 2ius and now up to 11ius, but i'm still not gaining any huge amount of weight. I'm also taking 150mg of fina E/D and 250mg of sust a week and 4 dbol ED. Is this wrong or what? please help me with this ASAP
 
as far as how long for 11 ius its only been a couple of days I know this is not long but I thought the lesser amounts would have done something. Should I split the 15 ius to two shots or still just take it in the morning upon waking(I do this cause I do not work out until late and I do not like staying up later just to stay clear of hypo issues. Thank for any other help also
 
What type of insulin are you taking? Humalog is out of your system in 2 hours. I would DEFINETLY take the slin after workout. This maximizes its benifits. You can take 15units at once that what I do.
 
What does your diet look like? How much and what type of carbs are you taking during the active time. Also are you taking creatine and glutamine with your post workout carbs drink? Are you only using WPI during active time? I need some info and I might be able to come up with a hypothesis.

What is WPI? but as far as the other questions: Right after the shot I take Celltech and then I eat 1 hour later and then again 1 hour later and then as normal. NO glutamine. I just figured WPI Whey Protein the answer is NO should I? My diet is not to bad I eat every three hours and mostly very clean food and lots of protien at least 300 or more grams of protien. Any thoughts? I'm taking humalin r.
 
Whey Protien Isolate. It is the type of protien that is absorbed the fastest. This is very important if you want to utilize the shuttling actions of slin. Also dextrose is the carb of choice during the active time. It is the fastest metabolize carb/sugar. Try not to ingest fat and complex carbs. Complex carbs if not used can and will turn to fat.

Malto-dextrin's OK, too, right?
Also, I'd suggest getting some Humalog if you can, especially if you eat every 2 or 3 hours. Humalin-R can still be hanging around waiting to turn your oils and carbs into fat. Humalog's out faster, (although I think the post above stating it's all gone at 2 hours is inaccurate), and that might solve your PM post-workout problem, too.

Yes, if you are eating regular meals, you might not utilizing the protien as its Real food, during the active time. The digestion of food protien takes a lot longer than WPI. I only drink shakes during this time. I use Isopure Zero-carb. I take 3 shakes, 2 with added dextrose. I consume about 5 grams of carbs per iu with 10 grams of creatine and 2 grams of glutamine. This insures that all of my protien and carbs gets utilized during my active time and I too use Humulin-R.
