During log - what do you guys eat for your carb source after the pwo dextrose/whey shake. The hour and two hour after meals ?
I have been doing chicken and rice for a while and had some ideas - what about fat-free frozen yogurt - its skim milk, corn syrup, sugar etc.. which produces what we need... blood sugar. Is there anything flawed with my logic before I do it?
