Slin pins, IM length

I can't seem to find slin pins long enough for intramuscular... How long does the needle have to be for this? Do any of you guys know where to get these?

You won't find IM slin pins. Insulin is a "Sub Q" administered drug. There is no need to ever inject insulin IM. Just remember also, if you screw up with insulin it could kill you! In a matter of hours not years.

May I ask why? Blitz is right about the proper administration of insulin. Additionally, no oil based ASS, and very few suspensions will pass through a needle of that guage, particularly if its of "IM" length.

Thanks for the help guys. I intended to use them for suspensions to reduce scar tissue. I can get a hold of some 1inch 25G -- will that do pretty much anything (including oil)? I am not very familiar with different gauge sizes.

I feel 25's are even too small. It feels like I'm injecting for an hour if I got 2cc's of oil in there. I stick to 22's and 23's. I use 18's for drawing out of the amps.

Water based injectables will probaly be OK through a 25g. Just depends on where you inject and what kind of body fat level you are at as to whether or not a 1" pin is long enugh. If you are in reasonably decent condition you can do IM in the delt or lateral aspect of your thigh.

People inject slin IM for faster onset and clearance. Not that I condone this by any means - I think it's much safer sub-q - but it is a common practice.

Not so fast bros I use slin pins for tren in my quads. Its fine unless your a fat ass...
Oh and a mod here I think does the same thing.

I inject with a 29 gauge 0.5" needle in my quad all the time. No problems whatsoever and very convenient with no scar tissue. People make far too big a deal about it. Granted, you have to be relatively lean.
