I only use slin 2 times per week. Why? Well, I'm cutting and are prioritating my arms right now and legs too. I take 10iu slin post workout in the day I work on my arms, and 6iu slin on the day I work on my legs(the day after the arm day). I therefor bulk these 2 days(+1000 over BMR on armday, +500 on leg day) and no cardio on the4se 2 days, then go over to cutting for 5days in a row with cardio and no slin(other diet too, little carbs and so on). The day I workout my arms I eat more carbs and mnimze fatintake, as with the next day(both slin days)
Doing it this way, would you only do this for 4 weeks max, or would it be safe to do it longer( most slin users use slin 4-6days per week and the "rule" are not to be on for more than 4 weeks, then 4 weeks off). Any ideas?
