I take 10iu's of slin Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri. (also with 2iu's of GH) post workout along with:
60g Protein
20g Glutimine
10g Creatine w/75mg Dextrose (Cell Tech)
My question is on the days I do not lift/take slin do I still need to continue my creatine usage-therefore having to take 10g in the morning?
I am trying to avoid to much bloat on creatine.....
