Slin + ALA

Great combo.
10iu 30min b4 end of workout.
500mg ala b4 workout.
500mg ala after workout.
Dextrose, creatine, and whey to sip during and after workout.
You will blow up if on cycle!
 
I took 12iu of humilin r today after my workout. I drank my shake of 75g protein, 100g dextrose, and I took 600mg ALA. I feel so fucking hypo. I have been eating table sugar and drinking pepsi in an attempt to bring my blood sugar back up. I really do not like this combo.

First off 12iu the first time out is dangerous. Start with 2iu and work up slowly to 10iu. Next you need complex carbs (apple or oatmeal) one hour before your workout to start to fill your liver glycogen. Sip the dextrose and creatine drink through out the workout and for about 15min after. Slam the whey right after you work out. One hour later eat some lean meat (steak, chicken, or fish) and some complex carbs. I like apples. Have dextrose near by if you feel hypo and don't go to sleep for six hours after shooting Humulin-r. Do tons of research and have a good Glycemic Index chart. Insulin wil make you grow, but it'll also kill you if you are not safe.
 
tprop, thanks for the lesson. I have been using slin for a while though. Never with ALA before now. Anyway before my workout I ate two bagels and a yougurt (140g carbs). After the workout, took 12IU humilin IM and drank a shake of 75g protein and 100g dextrose. I have always done it this way and never go hypo. I think the ALA had a lot to do with the hypo.

That shit scared the hell out of me. I almost asked for a ride to the hospital. I ate probably 12 packets of sugar and drank 2 mountain dews and ate bagel over an hours time and I still felt like total shit. After about two hours I started to feel better.

Got to be careful with that insulin!
