hello guys, i was told to post here because you guys would be able to help me. I am 5' 9" about 185lbs , i used to be 165lbs back in school when i was in playing shape (baseball). I am trying to get back to that, am gonna do a cycle of winstrol depot, I figured if am gonna do it, i should do it right. So i need a good diet to start. Keep in mind that i haven't worked out in a couple of months, should i diet and excersice for a month before i start the cycle? or it doesnt really matter?
Guys i would appreciate any help that you guys can give me. Also how often should i take winstrol, i've heard EOD and ED.
thanks in advanced
Joe

How old are you? I would forget the Winny for now and focus on diet and training. You should make good progress if you haven't worked out in a while.

Try something like this:

meal 1: 1 serving oatmeal
40 grams protein
1 tbsp. flax oil

meal 2: 1 serving brown rice
40 grams protein
1 tbsp olive oil

meal 3: 1 baked or sweet potato
40 grams protein
fish oil caps
1 cup broccoli

meal 4: 40 grams protein
1 cup broccoli

meal 5: 40 grams protein
1 cup broccoli

meal 6: 40 grams protein
1 cup broccoli

It's kind of boring, but you'll see good results. Get your protein from chicken breasts, tuna, egg whites, protein powder.

Notice that only in the first 3 meals you should be having complex carbs, the last 3 meals should come from green veggies. And it doesn't have to be only broccoli, that's just what I prefer.

You'll get all the fat you need from the flax, olive oil and fish oil. And it's all EFA, so it's all good fat.

Drink minimum of 1 gallon of water per day, multivitamin.

Start there and see where you are in about 12 weeks. The diet may need some adjustments here and there as far as carbs, but you should see good results. There are so many variations of diets, just need to find out what works for you though. The key is low carbs, high protein.

Do a search on a CKD. Those are very effective as well. I would do a lot more research on AAS before you decide to take that route. It will be more beneficial to you to stick around here for a while and just read. Knowledge is the key to reaching your goals.

I hope this helped. Good luck bro.

Thanks for the Reply Surg, am 26 years old. I am just wondering how am i suppose to take the oils, and what can i substitute the broccoli with. Also i work midnights, so i sleep during the day, will the times i eat my meals change, or should i stick with breakfast in the morning before i go to sleep, and lunch when I wake up? Any pointers on how to stick with a diet, i like to eat and finally eating is catching up to me.

thanks again
joe

No way bro, I work night shift too. I count my first meal when I wake up in the afternoon. My last meal is about an hour or two before I go to bed in the morning, which consists of egg whites and broccoli.

As far as the oil goes, just get a bottle of flax oil, get any kind of olive oil, doesn't matter if it's regular or extra virgin. And get some fish oil caps. You can also get the flax in caps if it's easier for you. The general rule is 1 gram of flax and fish oil, which is about 1 tablespoon. I just pour it in the spoon and take it like medicine. Some people put them in their protein shakes, or in their food. I don't like to mix!! :D

You can substitute romaine lettuce or spinach for the broccoli. Just something green and fibrous.

Best way to stick to your diet is to not buy anything that you don't need. I crave salt and sugar all of the time. I can add salt to my food, because I'm preparing for a contest. But the sugar cravings I just have 2 cups of sugar free Jello. It helps a lot. Add Crystal Light to your water if you need to. I hope this helps.

i have a nother question, i used to work out 6 days a week, each body part twice. I've heard many suggestions, one is just working out a body part once a week. Is that a good workout, or should i stick with what i used to do.

Ive had alot of success with CKD, started again last week, and after 2 carb up days, counting today as a Carbup, I am still under 2 pounds what I was, which is phenom since I still have lots of food and Carbs in my stomach when I just weighed. Weight comes off quickly, but I reccomend about 1.5 weeks Ketosis before a Carbup if you haven't done Ketosis before to make sure that you actually enter it and maintain it for a good amount of time.

thanks for the reply slug fast but am lost with the terminology, ckd, ketosis, carbup? sorry for not knowing i would appreciate if you could explain..
thanks
joe

faj' read the links at the top of the page, the stickies, preferably the one called new article by mr x and click the links in there concerning ckd faq's and such and read up on them.

Your best bet, might be to just set 3 sessions with a Personal Trainer and tell him/her what you want to do with the next several months. The first session just being a strength session to gauge ur status, the 2nd being getting a routine started, and the 3rd making sure you are sticking to it, and possibly to reevaluate any possible changes. I feel this is ur best bet if you don't have too much knowledge about working out, as alot of advice given by people on this board regarding workouts are custom tailored, and might not be 100% for you (not that people are wrong). But I normally lift about 2x each body part a week, and divide to about 3 bodyparts a day, and lift about 4-5 days a week, with 48hr b/t each 3 Bodypart day.
