Slight gyno months after cycle

Can someone please enlighten me as to why I'm getting a return visit from the gyno monster about 7 months after my last cycle. It was a 12 week cycle of enanthate. I came of with clomid and nolva. I was doing fine for months then all of a sudden my right nipple became sensitive and puffy. It's been that way for about 3 weeks. It's not unbearable but it hasn't gotten any better either. Any advice is appreciated.
