This is my first post on this forum since 2006, and Ive been doing cycles since 2003, when I was 20. Regardless, I want you guys with experience (not bro science) to answer if it is ok to sleep only roughly 5 hours a night. My job is very demanding,amd between that and the gym and life responsibilities I can't get much more than that, yet, I often hear people saying "if you don't get at least 8-10 hours per night you're wasting gear". Currently running just 500 mg test e/wk X 10 wks.
