Since Ulter and Macro couldn't be bothered to listen to my repeated requests to put together a sleep supp, probably out of spite, I'm gonna try to put together my own. So let's hear what works... LEGAL and NONPRESCRIPTION please

This has been asked a few times but here we go again. At least for me one of the most wonderful sleep aids I've taken is Melatonin. It makes me sleep like when I was 18-20. It will not make you feel sick like drugs and the next day you will not be sleepy. Melatonin improves the quality of sleep. So if you sleep 5 hours, you really deep SLEEP 5 hours with Melatonin. It's natty, OTC. The sides, crazy ass dreams and body tolerance. To avoid the first one, start taking low doses. For example 1 mg 30 mins before going to bed. If no results, try 2 mg the next day and so on. For the second side you should cycle Melatonin, or, use it when you really need it. After about 2 weeks you'll need a higher dose to get the same results. I use it only when I really need a good night, or I cycle it when I'm on. ;)

Costco.
The brand is Schiff. Comes in 180 little white pills of 1mg each (looks like russian dbol but more flat :p ). I don't remember the exact price but it's around 5 bucks.
 
Anything with tryptophan works well. Milk and turkey are good ones. Melatonin is also good, but can be addictive. Try a nightly routine...stretch, drink warm milk, take a hot bath...whatever it takes to tell your body is time to get ready to sleep.
