Sleep (important!)

don't f**kin' drink alcohol- many people do, but it actually interrupts your sleep cycles, to some it helps at first, but do some research and you will see how badly it hurts your sleep patterns. pure melatonin in smaller doses helps alot of people who have trouble w/ waking up many times during the night. keep in mind if you are young you should not have a defeciency in melatonin so keep the doses smaller and don't use every night. CONSISTANT use can hurt your body's ability to producing its own, which is bad now but will have a profound effect when you are older. Some use benzo's (xanny's or valium) or sleeping meds, which can help but can make you lathargic the next day and hurt your workouts. Alot of people will knock melatoin because they are used to only takin things that are strong and have a narcotic effet"that stuff doesn't do shit"- but I know alot of people who have noticed a difference in their sleep as far as waking up is concerned-since you mentioned that you can't get it in the UK order it online from health product supplier- or hell, e-mail me and I will send you some if it's that hard to get

As you get older your be able to sleep longer. Tire yourself out. Wake up in morn...jerk off and go back to sleep./

I also read the same thing that you shouldn't get more than 8 hours max of sleep. 7 was optimal. I guess they mean that if you're consistent. But if you have trouble going to sleep couple nights in a row you may need a little extra when you can sleep longer, or maybe I'm wrong.
