Anyone here heard of this, my friend said it can be bought at any health food store, and it got her, as she puts it shredded & ripped ?

Any thoughts ?

Yeah, It's a liquid. you drink 1 tbsp. each day before bed. It has cla, glutamine, arginine, and a bunch of other stuff in it.
