So here's the big question my friend who used to be a big lifter and pretty good user as well (thanks to me) has been out of the gym for a few months due to his "girl"

Now he wants to lift with me. the question is do I go hard on him and make sure he pukes every day or do i go easy and tell him to take his time????

P.S. he did use the last of my T3 and nolvadex when I went on vacation to Mexico.......

Make him puke of course, the gym is no place for the weak willed.
 
I totally agree whoop his ass into a puke faced frenzy. Hell if you are not on the verge of getting ready to toss yourself then You are not working hard. Why slow down?

Well boys,
Got the Bastard yesterday and now he can't move his arms at all. I don't thnk he will be able to move them for about a week.

Oh yeah, while almost passing out he promised to buy me some Sust so I guess were even, but only after I see the bottle.
