Skirtman and cross dressing

That whole thing with skirtman in my thread about Winona Ryder's skirt got me wondering why no one makes fun of women who dress like men. Women wear business suits but no one questions their sexuality for it. Any thoughts about why there is no such thing as a female cross dresser?
