With 20 weeks remaining until the 2001 NPC Team Universe, this is how I'm eating to build muscle and lose body fat.
5AM - (30 minutes prior to workout) Ny Tro PRO-40; 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
8AM - (Immediately after morning cardiovascular training) Ny Tro PRO-40;1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
10AM - 12 egg whites, 5 - 6 servings of mixed vegetables; 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
Noon - Ny Tro PRO-40; 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate. 2PM - 1 chicken breast (not weighed), 5 - 6 servings of mixed vegetables; 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
4PM - Ny Tro PRO-40; 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate. 6PM - 1 chicken breast (not weighed), 5 - 6 servings of mixed vegetables; 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
8PM - Ny Tro PRO-40; 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
10PM - 1 chicken breast (not weighed), 5 - 6 servings of mixed vegetables; 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
2 to 3 times throughout the night - Ny Tro PRO-40; 1 scoop of VP2 Whey Isolate.
