Are there any OTC skin lighteners. I need to lighten up some blemishes.

esoterica is good or you could try a vitamin C cream....Kojic acid preparations work well also

best bet is to get a chem. peel or microdermabrasion. Both can get expensive for repeat treatments so if you have insurance, you'd benefit from getting them to cover it somehow. If you are on an hmo, a referral from your PCF will cover you.
