skin caliper and accuracy for BF testing?

Okay, I know this may not be the right board to post this, but I wasn't really sure which board actually would be. Last summer I was MAD lean with a good diet, lots of cardio and a cycle of Prop/Tren/Winny/Clen/ECA. I got my BF test at my gym with the that skin fold caliber thing-a-majig by one of the trainers. He said I was 7%. I posted pics on Elite and a few bros such as Needsize said I looked more like 5%, which I took as a compliment and didn't think much of beyond that. I've been bulking since September, but in lean fashion. I'm not as lean as last summer obviously, but I can stillsee abs and have mad veins in my arms and calves as well, not to mention veins along my shins. My waist is bigger now as well, trust me on that, I can't fit in the pants i wore last summer. So I got my BF tested again today. the trainer told me how it works and then told me his beef with some of the numbers the test works with and how the numbers change a bit depending on the age bracket. he axplaines all this to me and told me where his educated estimate would be by camparing the skinfolds to chart and my age. He really seemed to know what he was talking about as he evn went into where men tend to store fat in regards to skinfolds of the waist and arms and back. I told him I was 7% last agust and he said i looked less than that now when I first walked in the office. I figured he was drastically mistaken, but after he began talking with me, like I said, he seemed to know his shit. Anyway, long story short (or not), the magic number came out to be about 6-6.5% BF. Go figure. Any thoughts on this guys?

also bear in mind that training squats deadlift will increase erector/gluteus size...although whether or not its significant enough to make you not fit into your pants

get dunked...although dunking is expensive...80-110 bucks?

calipers usually have an error reading of +/- 1 if done properly...if not done properly...

Trust me, there's a fuckload of variance on those things...water retention, pressure on the calipers, pressure on the skinfold etc. It's not always accurate. If you want to know BADLY then get the hydrostatic test (dunk)
