Skim Milk for cutting diet?

Skim milk still has the same amount of carbs. If your going to do that the you need to loose some elsewhere. However since it's in the morning it prolly wouldn't hurt as you have the rest of the day to utilize those carbs.
 
cutting does not equal avoiding carbs. lowering maybe, but still keeping them to around 50% of total calorice intake. they are still necessary! MAJOR MISCONCEPTIONS FLYING AROUND!

the only thing you have to think about is the sugars in the milk. the carbs are there, but in the form of sugars. having some in your oatmeal wont affect you. the only time i dropped dairy was near the last 2-3 weeks of my dieting. up until then, i made sure i drank it sparingly, with other more complex foods.
 
yeah the carbs arent that bad, but lactose is the greatest thing for cutting, it does thicken the skin and blur vascularity a tad, no biggy though, i have never heard of someone losing a contest due to lack of veins.

3 or 4, depending on how you look, i would have some in the morning with your first meal of the day, but thats it. Enjoy.
