Bumped it up to 500mg/day on saturday (I believe) and bumped it to 750mg yesterday. Still no heat. Have to admit that once in a while at work I start feeling really hot but some water cures it immidietely. I never seem to have this problem at work so it makes me think that it's just the temperature at work. I'll know for sure once I come off the dnp. I'll just run it at 750mg/day for a few more days and see how it goes.

sk* , by no means am I trying to diss on the DNP you are taking but sure doesn't seem like its properly dosed. At my weight (190lbs) I start to notice the effects of DNP by day 3 at 500mgs ed. I can hardly do anything besides go to work and go home to sleep. Maybe you are one of the lucky ones and show no symptoms and will lose water/fat at the end. Best of luck though.

i was thinking the same thing; i have read that some users experience Zero sides while on, but loose all the fat aswell, lets hope this is the case; as rare as it may be..

Well hopefully sk* does see results at the end of his cycle. Once I decided to bump up the dosage to 800mgs a day, DAMN was I feeling it.........will never do that again. Couldn't sleep, chest was tight, reminded me of when I had asthma as a kid. F**k that!

thats correct WI, he assured that the caps were as accurate as they come, and i have probs he will gladly refund.

i will keep yall posted, i should start in about 3 weeks after this fina cycle wraps up.
