size with post office box

do you need to have a certain size box at the post office box? like say ur just sending out money you can get the smallest cheapest box, but when you recieve packages....you are obviously going to need a bigger box, so how does that work?

Ive had a box with MBE for awhile now, they now own UPS store too. I have their largest box, its not that much more per month than a small one.

at UPS store you can get the smallest box they have and they will hold anything that is too big to fit in it. They will put a little slip in your box and you give it to the dude at the counter, he goes and gets your package, its a beautiful thing

of course ID is a must in any box situation, sometimes 2 forms of ID is needed if the clerk is anal that day. but its better than having steroids sent to your door step for pa to see them

damn i have a usps box and I just ordered about 300$ worth of gear internationally and now I am getting paranoid as hell. My box is small too so I know I am going to have to receive my package from the guy behind the desk. How worried should I be?? Can I just take the package and not open it for a while?? I know I won't have to sign for it, If they try and make me sign I will refuse the package. Will this matter if I don't sign for it and still take the package? What % of a chance do I have of having a controlled delivery at my post office? I live in a small town.

They are not going to trace a $300 dollar order.... and I have gotten many packages sent to my house and to MBE.....You only have to worry,,if there are boxes constantly coming to your house with enough gear to kill a horse.

exactly, if they do get you and you have a box under a fake name, if you could even get one with a fake name that is, they will charge you with mail fraud for sure........people, there is NO completely safe way to order juice in the mail, no fail safe method of putting the package on your doorstep for three days, no fail safe method of getting a PO box or ups box, there is a RISK in all of it.
