The truth is that a 6 pac does not play a major role and neither being in shape unless you are fat or obese. Then your chances are lessened. Being in shape could help to some extent, but nothing crazy. Try going at a club, the mall or the beach and you will see regular thin people with hot attractive females and you will also see bodybuilders with chubby women. And NO these men with the hot females are not rich or nothing. They are just regular middleclass people. Most females do find a well sculpted physique appealing, but that is about it. Beauty is also in the eye of the beholder.

I only date women that wok out myself. I can never date someone who is not into the fitness lifestyle. It can create problems.I have before and if you do not follow the same eating habbits of lifestyle it is hard to enjoy each others compnay. Women who work out and eat healthy also have a much higher sex drive and can go longer than women who eat junk and do not work out

i hear you on the whole dating someone whos into fitness stuff... I'm pretty dedicated and am quite proud of my body.. 6'1 190 @ 7% bf... esp cause my genetics arent too amazing... yet all the girls i date have NEVER been into fintess. I tend to go for really skinny chicks so i guess they dont each much or wahtever and stay slim... but they're never really in shape

I also like girls that work out, I seem to get along with them easier have more in common 2 and going to the gym is a good way to "spend quality time". Of course she does cardio I hit the weights. I think a well defined stomach on a girl is a must, I also like defined arms.
But in the same breath I dont want her to live and breath fitness if we go to a nice rest. and she wants to get a "treat" then why the hell not? Live a little.

i think i may hit a little, very little, cardio for a couple months before i go to the beach just to see if there are any different reactions to the 6 pack with a 6 pack from the 4 pack with a 6 pack.
