Sites more dedicated to MMA?

Hey guys I'm looking for a free site that has discussion boards, videos, tips, drills etc. I would prefer Muay Thai and/or BJJ but if it is all MMA that is cool too. Thanks in advance.

mma.tv has specific forums for everyhing and it is pretty much the granddaddy of them all, been around since mid 90's fighters lurk and post there and the advice under the specific forums is top class. sherdog has great clips, but be careful of adware from that site go to links from sherdog, really extensive list

then sherdog is iffy at best
