when you site inject, is it better to do both half in one and half in the other or just hit the other the next day?

i do both cc in one arm.delt calf ect.. as long as you hit the opposite side next shot i dont think there will be much difference with overgrowth

hit the other next time you inject. Or change the needle halfway through the injection. Don't use the same pin

I always split it up and do half in each side. Personally I think it feels more balanced...

I do both sides or else it screws up my workouts (one side feels different than the other).

the pin change is so that you can use a sharp pin for the 2nd stick. shooting twice with the same pin will hurt more and give more scar tissue.

Yes, but also to keep the needle sharp. Once you poke through a rubber stopper, tissue, etc, the needle becomes dull and it will be harder to push through the skin (more pain). You should always replace with a new needle tip to ensure a smooth injection.
