Site injecting Pecs?

Anyone do this? I have had good results from site injecting Delts and I thought I might see the same from doing chest. What size pin do you use (for Fina) where do you inject? How far in?

I've site injected winny into the pec. 1 cc per injection. I used an insulin pin with a 1/2 length. But I was super lean at the time.

Ive done fina, suspension, and eq in the chest with no problems. I use a 25 gauge, 5/8 inch.

Where do you inject? Inner, outer, upper lower? full needle or half?

25 ga 1 " for the quads no problem. I use them also for delt's, chest. Haven't done bi's yet as their my best part and need the rest of me to catch up.

I would have to disagree with you.

Today, I did chest and did Isolateral wide for the "outer" and dumbell flies for the "inner"

As for the spots, I always hit the outer-upper, if such a region exists.

there are two different pectoralis muscles, one is the pec major and the other is the pec minor. so there is an inner and outer, i just don't know if the guy meant it in this context.
