Have you heard of this - is it true?

I've heard injection to shoulder some kind of steroids but never heard into bicep. Looks painful

There is great debate on wether site injecting really does anything or not.

I adhere to the philosophy that if it did most of us would have huge thighs and ass's

I just tried bicep last week & I will never do that again. Some people seem to like it but, once I got all the way in, a nerve twitched & bruised the fuck outta my bicep. I like glutes, quads, delts & triceps.

I have definitely seen localized growth using site injections. Not sure exactly if it's scar tissue, oil lumps, or actual muscle growth but after a couple years of having two big elephant ears on each side of my ass I realized, shit this must affect the region injected a little more than the rest of the body. Definitely can help to bring up lagging bodyparts. Just be ready for some pain, which most of us can handle.

It is highly dependent on type of AAS, time span of continuous injections, and a person's genetic make-up.

With that being said, most of it seems to be localized swelling.

I did site injections for several cycles. Bi's and tri's.
I had no problems until one day in my right bi I must have hit something. It was sore for a week, and then I noticed the outside of my bi wouldn't flex.
It has taken a year to come back. That arm was weaker and wouldn't make a peak the whole time. I don't know what happened, nerve damage I guess, but I can tell you it wasn't worth the nominal gains.
