sirloin steak @ Texas Roadhouse

Maybe someone can clear this up for me. I've looked online for nutrition info. for Texas Roadhouse. I have found that their 6 ounce sirloin steak is listed as have 29 grams of fat while their 8 oz sirloin has l6 grams of fat. Why would the 6 oz. have less calories, less protein, but more fat?

I would bet they're cooked the same way. With that being said, i'd have to assume it's a typo. An 8oz sirlion, not mirinated and with the fat trimmed has roughly 480cals, 64g protein, 24g fat
