simple question

just finished my 4th week of test cyp this is the start of my 5th....do some people not notice strength or weight gains by this time? thanks- lexus
 
I take it u didnt front load the cyp. No harm, but it would have helped you get results faster.

I wouldnt worry to much until the end of this week. Some people dont feel the results until the end of the 5th week or so. I usually start feeling them around week 4-5...

Also, how much are you taking a week??
 
You need to increase your caloric intake, you grew form 4 weeks of test, now you're body needs more protein. It's that simple.

If you start at 190lbs for example and eat 20X by bodyweight in calories= 3800 cals.

Let's say you add 15lbs in 4 weeks, you now weigh 205lbs but 3800 calories is now only 18.5 X your bodyweight.
 
By the end of four weeks on cyp if I didn't notice any gains I would begin to wonder if it's real. For sure I would think that you be somewhat stronger and hornier by now. How much are you taking and how much are you eating like armaitto and big andy asked?:)
 
eating really good on the weekdays but the weekend kinda gets fucked up from partying....im on a gram of test a week and i did frontload at 1500mgs...i bought it from "A" so i doubt its fake...the test is made by ** - lexus
 
Damn bro, I would think at a gram/week of test you'd feel something by now. Especialy that you front loaded.

I'm in the beginning of my 5th week of Ttokkyo Cyp at 500mg/week and EQ at 600mg/week and I'm starting to notice a decent strength gain...also some size too.

I'm sorry, but that's not going to cut it. "eating really good", do you have an outlined diet plan? "the weekend kinda gets fucked up from partying", I doubt that partying is construtive to what you want to achieve.
