Simple Q: can you mix prop with winny?

I know winny is water based, does it make a difference?

I want to shoot the prop and the winny eod so mixing it in the same injection would allow me to stick to glutes only.

BTW, I have used 25 gauge for my 3-weeker without a problem, but will winny go through a 25?
