Thanks so much

Beginning - 155.5 pounds muscle and 63.5 pounds fat.

End - 167.2 pounds muscle and 58.3 pounds fat.

So you gained ~12 pounds muscle, lost ~5 pounds fat.

I assume you simply take the body weight multiplied by the bf% to deterimine total fat. This gives you the fat in lbs. Subtract that from the total weight and you have the balance. Do this at beginning and end and then just mathmatically compare results.

Yep, that adds up. I wonder how accurate this is?

This isn't rocket science people! ;)

Beginning:

219 x 29% = 63.5 pounds of fat

219 - 63.5 = 155.5 lean pounds

End:

225.5 x 26% = 58.6 pounds of fat

225.5 - 58.6 = 166.9 lean pounds

(I rounded off the first time...these ones are a little more accurate).

If the BF% reading and weight measurement were accurate, this is 100% on the money.
