Simple carbs after cardio?

I know its import to replenish carb stores with simple sugars after they are depleted from high intesnity strength training, but does anyone know if this applies to post cardio workouts?
 
There are ALOT of theories... some say must with simple, others say doesn't matter muscle glycogen stores will replenish throughout the day with adaquet carb sources in one's diet.

It's up to you... what works for you and fits into your calorie requirments for the day.

Some eat whole foods though the whole day and works for them, experiement.
