i just wanted to know before i do my cycle what are the signs that people are looking for to detect gyno. what are the indications that gyno is coming to infect your body? using 300mg a week of deca and will keep nalva on hand

sore nipple or any nipple issues whatsoever are a warning sign. lookout for lumps in the breast too (make sure you dont continually touch them as this onlymakes it worse.)

Sore and itchy nipples is the main one i would think. Nolva is pretty good and will help to some degree, but if you are taking a 19-nortest compound it would be wise to have bromo on hand if you are really worried about gyno.

for 300mg a week....hmmm 1/2 a tab per day max.

Is it best to take it right before bed? I've taken it before and it definitely messes with my head.

I didn't notice any effects from it @ 1/2 tab per day. I'd take it whenever you want, preferably with any other pills you take so you don't forget.
