SIGHNING for Packages????

By not sighning, what does that do for you legally? And if you do sign, can't you just say you thought it was something else that you ordered? Also, what if you sign, but sign a totally different name? Just a couple of basic questions that have me curious. I'm not knowledgable on the legal subjects.

Well for starters if you sent for ups or a carryer like them and the post office people try to make you sign dont the feds use there uniforms! ups will not lend the truck or uniform, It would be nice if you could just grab the box bring the bitch in the house and beat his fbi dea loser ass till he crys like ababy and then get his boys to drop there pee shooters tell them all to strip down there more than like ly wearing womans undys and toss em one by one out the window !!!! ahahaha only a joke never do anything against the law the law is the most anabolic. When I had to sign once I wait till the day they are going to ship it back. Then I went and staked out the place early in the morning. Watched to see what cars came and went into the place. Once I knew the place was clear, I went in. Checked out the place pretty good. Nothing. Walked up to the counter and handed the lady the note. She goes in the back and I start the my internal timer. If she's back there for more than 2 mins I'm not going to sign for it. She came back out and I watched her very closely. People will usually give themselves away by different forms of body posture, eye contact, or anything. Nothing. She handed me the package in the usual USPS lazy drag your feet fashion, I signed, I walked out and went home.

Signing doesn't mean shit. I sign all the fucking time. Even if you don't sign, just by taking a package out of your mailbox and bringing it into your house you are claiming ownership. Think about it. What normal law abiding citizen would't sign for a package? NOBODY is going to say "oh well I wasn't expecting any packages, take it away please". Not signing isn't going to make them throw their hands up in the air and walk away to never bother you again. If you think so, dream on...

I am planning on ordering from a domestic source and using my real name. when the package comes I will sign fot it with my real name. Is this a good or bad idea? If I use a fake name when ordering and sign for it with my real name when it is at my door then they won't give it to me right? This might seem stupid to some but i don't understand all this. Somebody please help me.

I used my real name. We'll see if everything goes ok!

I thought about using something like Resident or similar, but soon realized that would be stupid, especially with the anthrax scare. Packages with Current Resident or similar designations are regarded as highly suspicious!
