Okay, I am 5'9" about 195lbs BF% I would say between 10 - 15%. I weightlift 5 days a week and do martial arts 3 x a week. I have good abs(for me not compared to some of you) - just some fat on the lower abs. So when I look in the mirror and flex my abs - I look good - nice even symmetry. When I look at my side profile - stomach flexed - I look good as well. But if I don't tighten my stomack I look like I have a major belly. So, I usually am flexing my abs so I don't show off the belly.
