sick mid cycle, keep going?

I dont know what I have, sus flu or something else, bu should I keep my inj. schedule, I really don't feel like I want to , but I don't know if I should.

Symptoms are 99' fever, hot, and tired, but no other flu symptoms. Been like this for two days, since the night of my 2cc Testanon injection, which hurts like a bitch, and has turned into a nice lump!

Just fever and no other symptoms besides of the lump and pain from the inj?..... sounds like an infection to me. If your fever gets higher or the lump worse, then go see a doc.
