Sick from all the food

Just started my cycle and god damn I'm sick of all the food, shakes, and bars. I have a constant feeling of throwing up. I can't do anything physical, and I pretty much feel like shit throughout the day. Either I'm sleeping or laying down. My diet is on spot so far but I don't know if I'll be able to take it for 7 more weeks.

How do you guys usually feel like when bulking up?
 
Good, I have the appetite of a small town combined.

I hate not eating, so it stinks for us pigs when time to cut up our diets so I can relate.
 
I kind of feel the same way. Sometimes I just want to say fuck and not eat 6 huge meals a day. I guess it's the sacrifice we make.
 
Ya I prepare myself mentally before every meal, but sometimes you get so tired of eating all this shit.
 
I'm cutting and I am sick of eating so many meals a day, so some days I just eat 3 light meals. Eating is a pain in the ass.
 
damn - I have never gotten sick of food - EVER. I find it difficult to fit in all the needed food when bulking, but never sick of it. My body has become so accustomed to eating 5-6 small meals a day that it has become par for the course. As jkurz asked, post up your diet w/foods - maybe there is a sign in there.
 
I usually good for the first three meals. Mainly because I do am cardio even when bulking. But after I eat my third meal of usually pasta and chicken or beef and a salad, I feel so bloated from sitting in an office all day that I want to turn back. My abs fade and I get depressed.......sucks!

WOW, I know nothing about ABS (hope to sometime in the future) but those suckers can really fade from the morning to the afternoon??? That is a delicate balance

While I also don't know much about abs, I totally understand what JK is saying. Training in the early AM is tough when evening rolls around and you feel like you haven't lifted in forever.
 
It's friggn depressing and completely haulting my gains. I don't train till the pm, but I feel like all I do is sit and eat all day. So 2pm comes around, I take a piss and have to stop and lift up my shirt, abs faded from bloat (water, coffee, tons of food) and I get depressed....so my next 3 meals are totally caloricly restricted because of gulit! Someone shoot me. All for what??????? The one pool party I go to?
 
I pretty much do the same. I sit at home and eat all day (thank god im self employed). I try going out at night but I'm so bloated and sick its hard to have a good time, or my stomach is killing me from the protein drink thats making me want to take a shit.

All the price you pay to gain weight right? It takes alot of mental and physical strength to go through this type of abuse on your body.


Here's the breakdown of my diet:

breakfast:
4 whole eggs
2 peanut butter sandwiches
1 glass of milk

an hour later:
yogurt

a half an hour after that:
detour bar

an hour after that:
4 scoops of n-large w/ milk

i sleep..

than i eat whatever i can get my hands on.. any types of food i completely kill.

than an hour later:

another n large shake

etc..

before i sleep:

n-large shake, whey protein, and milk
yogurt
 
lose the shakes bro...........you dont need all that crap and eating every hour is far from ideal.......2-3 hour gaps, nice wholesome meals...........you'll feel 100x better.

That diet will do nothing but pack on the fat.
 
agreed with JK. waaaay too much n-large man, no wonder you are feeling shitty! try cleaning it up while still eating a lot and you will feel more energetic
 
no pain no gain bro. shakes and bars make me sick too that's why I only drink my shake post workout, gains come primarily from food hands down.
 
For people bulking, it should be no problem eating enough (esp. if you are on aas) since you can just go high calories with the meals. IMHO cutting is MUCH, MUCH more difficult.

Dude get rid of the peanut butter sandwiches in the morning and substitute it with 1/2 oz of original oatmeal mixed with 1 tbsp of npb. I would bump up my egg up to 10-12 egg whites in the morning if you want to put on weight.

And like the guys said above you got too many shake in there man to be gaining weight. You need real food. If you want something fast and easy just go to the store and pick you up a shit load of low sodium Fat Free turkey breast made by Boars Head. Eat 7 oz of turkey breast with 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1/2 oz of cashews and that will be a nice clean healthy meal for you that will put lbm on you.
 
I get a bit tired of eating all the food in a bulking phase and even feel full right after I've eaten; but usually, within about an hour, I'm hungry again. At one point, I was eating 8 meals a day about 2 hours apart. I went from just over 200 to 240 in 3 months. Only on occasion did I feel I wasn't ready to eat again.

you know i read a good article by ronnie coleman about desk work--he said to try and get up as much as possible for maybe 3-5 minutes a time and walk around as much as possible like walk to the bathroom, get cup of coffee, walk to water fountain etc---maybe stupid but it might work--i have the opposite problem im workin the oil field and constantly moving- swinging sledge hammers and constantly lifting heavy iron--ive lost about 15 lbs since--its hard to keep it on
 
I thought I was the only one!!!!. Lately I'm just sick of food, always feel damn full. Is like I have to force myself to eat and I'm not even bulking just eating enough to keep my size, I dont know what do do anymore seriously!. I started taken more B12 pill form in case I get more hungry by the way I'm 250lbs about 14 to 17% havent measured in a while and yes I'm going to start to cut down soon
 
Ok, I'll switch up my diet around since I'm only on my first week.

I'll buy more more meat and cut my shakes to only post-workout, and before I goto sleep.

I'm going to add some tuna into my diet, and cut out peanut butter because that shit is way too thick. I need to find a way to consume more food. I know for a fact sometimes I'm so full I can barely eat anything or else I'll throw up but it kills me inside because that food I just blew off can add up to my advantage.

I also have nectar on the way so I can add some throughout the day considering water + protein will work to my advantage.

Any more suggestions? Keep them coming, thanks for the help.

Ya just try spacing your meals at least 3 hours apart. You should be somewhat hungry before every meal. When you make food for example when I make ground turkey I cook as much as I can at one time to save time. Tupperware is your best friend. Just put whatever you eat in a container, pu t it in the fridge until you eat again.

LOL.. funny you should mention that cuz I have just been turned on to my local chinese buffet.

They have a "make your own" dish that they will cook for you. They have a meat bar of chicken and beef with various spices, veggies, and sauces. I usually just pack an entire bowl of chicken and another bowl of broccoli and give it to the chef. I always get a weird look... but oh well. For 6.99 it’s a cheap and quick way to get a nice meal in.

I need a better way to pack on more calories. Personally I think my protein intake is on the spot. I just need more calories in daily. Suggestions?
