sick as hell

this just started today i feel like i'm going to throwup when i get up and sweat starts dripping from my forehead. i have just took my first shot of AS two days ago it was test 250 and my ass is fucking killing me i can't stop limping. has anyone ever heard of this type of stuff happening. it just started tonight though. i also get the chills allt the time also. please help if you know something

what brand?

could be test "flu"
or
introduction of bacteria??? though that seems severe for normal test "flu"

btw- would not happen to be oeffler 250
