I'm planning on running deca on my next cycle and hear that the recovery can be pretty bad can I get some feedback on yalls experience with it?

nandrolones like deca can linger in the body for up to 18 months, regardless of the PCT it affects some more severely than others, be prepaired to kill your sex drive for a few months!

keep the cycle short. 12 weeks tops. i would even suggest deca 10 weeks and test 12-13 weeks. it takes 5 weeks for the deca esthers to clear ur body and 2-3 weeks rougly for the testosterone so you would still have test in ur system until the deca is out.. make sense?

i would run hcg during for a softer landing. and I would up the hcg 1500-iu's every 4th day 1-2 weeks after your final test injection for rougly 4-5 weeks. as an option I would do 2 HMG injections the last week of the hcg. then i would run a SERM of your choice low dose for 3-4 weeks. wait about 2-3 months.. then do a blood test.

I've demonstrated with a little patience you can recover from deca. the hcg really helped me with the sex drive during PCT.

I will run hcg during my cycle but dont know if I will continue to run through pct. Maybe I will switch to hcgenerate for pct and I will also be using unleased, forma, and prolly nolvadex or clomid (one or the other not both) but I will see how the clomid treats me this pct and will deduct my conclusion from it. By the way that cycle is looking like this. 1-4 d-bol, 1-12 testc @500mg, and 1-10 deca @ 300mg (classic bulker)
